Survived a drive thru rain and hail in Iowa last night! After the storm we were all blessed with these rays of light. We're so grateful..... ~*~

Oh what beautiful pictures! Glad to hear you survived that trip. It can be so scary in this midst of that intensity…. (but your added note of gratefulness warms the heart, too.)
Oh, wow! Nature astounds. You have indeed been blessed by those magical rays of light and thanks for capturing such a glorious spectacle. Feel blessed to experience those moments here now.
I love your photos, they're uplifting. And, I'm so glad you got through that storm safely. It was quite a storm.

I hope these pictures provide a little place for the mind to rest from all that thinking…..and provide inspiration too. The storm was quite bad, but I really felt for two differnt Amish buggies we passed who where also caught in the storm. My prayer is that they arrived safe and sound. ~*~ Susan
We have been experiencing some strong storms in Connecticut, lately. A few days ago, the storm ended up in a beautiful, double rainbow. Unfortunately, the top rainbow didn't photograph very well, but the bottom one was vibrant and magical. I've changed it from being my icon because some people were getting confused by the two Susans with the similar icons. You can see it in my photos, if you like.
